Pineapple Freeze Dole Whip x Taco Bell Copycat Recipe
This creamy frozen pineapple drink is perfect for summer parties!
Ingredients
- 2 C frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tsp citric acid you probably won't need this is you use fresh pineapple.
- 2 T cream of coconut
- 1 C milk, half and half, coconut milk, almond milk etc
- 2 T white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Measure out your ingredients
- Add ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour and enjoy!
Notes
This works well with store bought frozen pineapple, BUT I promise this recipe is so much better with fresh pineapple that you freeze yourself. If you use fresh pineapple, you probably won't need any citric acid.
